Because I’m literally there always, I take notice when Target starts carrying a new clothing line. Though Mossimo is its omnipresent brand, the stores in Tucson have started to carry Who What Wear. The eponymous new line is an offshoot of the popular fashion blog, Who What Wear (because conventional wisdom says when your fashion blog/vlog gets famous, you get to design clothes….not so much for this one, lol, but there’s always hope!). But, the style and architecture of this new line for women is unique and a nice change from the boho designs that have exploded all over the store. When you live in T-town, you take whatever you can get.
